School is taking it's toll on me guys, I have nothing very exciting to report.
Saturday was the continuation of the Film Festival, and I ended up watching the first movie due to Amarji's insistence, and got paid for it! Good lord, I love my job! I watched Satyajit Ray's Jolshaghar and it was splendid; laden with unostentatious symbols which illustrated the simple themes beautifully. Such a pleasant change. Oddly enough, this weekend we were almost sold out, which was a pleasant change from last weekend's disaster!
Heard a song called "Sohniye" by this new paki band called Strings over the weekend, and have since been practising how to say "Sohniye" the punjabi way and I have it on good authority that I've got it almost right, half the time. If you get a chance have a listen to their new stuff, they aren't bad.
Reem turns twenty-one today, which means I'm a month and four days away from turning twenty-one myself *gasp*. Although I am done my exams this year before my birthday, everyone I know will be trudging through them, so no big plans for it so far, AGAIN :S To top it off, it will probably snow fifty thousand inches the night before, so not only will I not get to enjoy the snowy wonderousness (?) of a fresh snowfall, I will be basking in brown muck! Why? WHY couldn't I have been born in the summer - then I could have gone on a picnic every year! *makes fist at sky*
I've got exactly four weeks until this term ends, and before it does I've got four papers (none worth less than 25%) and four exams, in other words - hell. So if I don't seem my usual chirpy self, it's the lack of sleep talking.
Goodnight Toronto!

Give my wishes to Reem.
Can't believe it, 21! I still remember the bubbly 13-14 year old Ipshi I met at Tinny's party. :)
